Wiregrass Canyon Private Tour
This sandy trail is rated as easy/moderate. With the option to hike over 6 miles through a winding white rock canyon, this out and back trail is the perfect canyon to wander through to escape the crowds. You'll be in good hands with local guides who are trained in CPR and Wilderness Medicine. The best time of year to hike Wiregrass is between October-April.
Pick up in Page, Arizona
Drive to trailhead (30 minutes)

Drive back to Page (30 minutes)
Pick up locations typically start in Page, Arizona from your hotel, Airbnb, campsite, or the Glen Canyon Conservancy.
Drop off will be at the same pick up location, unless otherwise specified.
- 2 liters of water per person (we will have a jug to refill)
- Backpack
- Snacks
- Hat, sunglasses
- Sunscreen
- Layers appropiate for the season
- Sturdy hiking shoes and socks (sneakers or hiking boots. Flip flops not recommended)
- Phone or camera for photos
This canyon is susceptible to dangerous flash floods. If heavy rain is predicted, we will reach out to guests 24 hours in advance to either cancel the trip or change the tour to a safer hiking location. If we cancel due to incliment weather, you can expect a full refund. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you can expect a full refund.
